Strategic Meet


Jaipur & Ahmedabad- September 3 rd & 4 th , 2021- At an exclusive Strategic Meet event held at the
Redisson Blu- Jaipur on September 3 rd ,2021 and Hyatt Regency-Ahmedabad on September 4 th
,2021.This Strategic Meet held at two platform, one at inter departmental and another with Channel
Partner- Key Distributors in presence of our Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Juzar Khorakiwala,
Strategic Advisor Mr.Ram Mudholkar and Director Ms. Ummehaani Khorakiwala, our COO-Mr.
Kishan Dumpeta, Sales Head-Mr. P.V.Hooda , HOD of all internal departments and Sales team.
Strategic Meet with Key strategic distributors:
We welcomed 30 key distributors for this event from Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat,
who are our top business partners. This event was like a small family get together where Company’s
top management and our key business partners are involved. We had interaction with these key
distributors on current Nandi Seeds business, their past experience in association with company and
expectations on quality products, pricing, promotions and product development to present Nandi
seeds as a credible seeds company. It’s sort of like Annual Distributors Meeting to make stronger
bond with our channel partners and motivate them for better business prospects. Overall the team
and distributors are confident and have positive platform for our growth that what we set.
Internal Strategic Meet:
We also have interdepartmental short term strategy planning with all HOD’s- Sales, Marketing,
Production, R & D, Quality and Processing by presenting road map to achieve 100 Cr business by
2023-24 with existing and new products business development. Two weeks long strategy work by
comprehensive coverage to present in the meeting. Detailed discussion on strategy for next 3 years
happened among function heads & management. The primary road map has been finalized to
execute it further. Alignment of all function is done for interdependent and lined up activities with
responsibilities to achieve 100 Cr business goals.
Nandi Pradhan:
At this Strategic Meet we unveiled the model of “Nandi Pradhan” which is launched to enhance
engagement with ultimate customer of our business who is farmer. It’s an activity of selection of
farmers from villages who will work as a brand ambassador for Nandi Products. The Nandi Pradhan
will be motivated & trained to work for Nandi brand in his and nearby villages. This activity will help
in both achieving high market share and Growing Market for business. As a pilot project we are
targeting 1000 farmers from 1000 villages for first year.
