Brand Introduction:

VanTicid is a gut acidifier to be supplemented through feed.

Composition:

A proprietary blend of Formic and Propionic acids (free acids) – not less than 50% with Ammonium Formate and Ammonium Propionate.

Benefits:

Inhibits the growth of Vibrio spp. (V. parahaemolyticus, V. harveyi, V. fluvialis, V. alginolyticus, V. mimicus, etc.) in gastrointestinal tract of shrimp / fish by reducing gut pH.
Enhances the enzymatic activity and acid-binding capacity of feed.
Stimulates the protein digestion and increase the digestibility of amino acids.
Enhances the absorption of feed which results into improved nutritional performance.
Improved nutritional performance of the feed ensures better weight gain of shrimp/fish.
Effective against white feces/white gut disease in shrimp.
Prevents from bacterial and mole development in feed.

Dosage:

10 g/Kg of feed once a day for prevention from white feces / white gut / bacterial infections.
15 g/Kg of feed twice a day during bacterial infections (white feces / white gut).
