Biostadt Retailer's Club
Objectives
To create a strong bonding between Retailers and Biostadt India Ltd.
Fight imitators and competitors through more loyal rural based retailers.
To establish a 100% reliable channel to pass on messages to end consumers.
Not to cannibalize existing retailers but to create and operate in new geographic areas.
Criteria for Selection (2007 - 08)
Sales Aspects
 For New Members
Minimum assured sales of Rs. 1 Lac per financial year (April 07 - Mar 08) of Biologicals (all the extensions of Biozyme granules, Biozyme liquids and Bio-Pesticides) irrespective of their date of enrollment in BRC in the said financial year.
 For Existing Members (Registered before 31st March 2007)
Minimum assured sales of Rs. 2 Lac per financial year (April 07 - Mar 08) of Biologicals (all the extensions of Biozyme granules, Biozyme liquids and Bio-Pesticides) irrespective of their date of enrollment in BRC in the said financial year.
Other Aspects
 30% of total Biological purchase need to be paid in the form of DD in favor of BIL and to be handed over to the respective distributors to forward it to BIL.
 Dead line of registration in the BRC is up to end of 15th August for financial year 2007 - 08.
 No other zyme based PGRs to be sold at their outlet.
 No sales return of Biologicals products is acceptable.
Registration Fee
For New Members Only
Non refundable, interest free BRC Membership Fees of Rs. 1000/- (one time payment)
For Existing Members
No membership fee. Existing members need to renew their registration by sending an application/request to Biostadt India Ltd. (Please mention registration no.)
Rewards To BRC Members
For New Members
 Basic Membership Reward (Within 3 months of enrollment)
   Certificate of Honor.
   Stationery (promotional slips).
   Glow sign Board.
 Rewards to the Qualified Members (New members Who Sells Biologicals of worth > Rs. 1 Lac in the financial year 2007 - 08)
   Gift of Rs. 5000/- (Eg. A pair of TITAN watch).
For Existing Members
 No basic membership reward.
 Rewards to the Qualified Members (Old members who sells Biologicals of worth Rs. 2 Lac in the financial year 2007 - 08)
   Gift of Rs. 10,000/- (Eg. a pair of TITAN watch and some other gift items).
