The manufacturing facilities are multi-locational and are well-equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and testing equipment to produce quality products. As our vision is to be acknowledged as a Biological-focused company, our two-third facilities are dedicated to the manufacturing of Biological products.
In the year 1995, a modern Bio-pesticide manufacturing unit was set up at Aurangabad with a production capacity of 100 MT per annum.
It was equipped with Industrial Fermenters, Concentrators, Spray Drier and sophisticated process control equipment. Formulation development and quality assurance formed the main strength of the bio-pesticide products that were regularly churned out from this unit.
A remarkable achievement came its way when the company won the DSIT National Award for in-house development of HALT BT based bio-pesticide product in the year 1995.
Today, the biofertilizer production unit at Aurangabad is proficient in producing quality products. The production capacity of Aurangabad plant is 1100 KL liquid Biofertilizer per annum.
Since demand is more than supply, Biostadt India Limited set up a new biofertilizer production factory at Silvassa in the year 2003, equipped with fermentation unit, high speed packing machines and a granulation plant. The aim was to produce 1000 MT of granules and 1100 KL of liquid biofertilizer per annum.
Also, at Waluj, Aurangabad, Biostadt India Limited is currently producing a wide range of formulations of insecticides and fungicides from generic to new generation molecules. The total installed capacity of the plant comprises of Liquid pesticide formulations 4500 KL, Wetteable powder 900 MT, etc.
Recently, Biostadt India Limited has ventured into the unexplored area of Seeds Business. It has started production and marketing of hybrid seeds under the brand name of Hi-Q Seeds. The objective is to provide quality seeds that confirm to stringent quality norms before they are made available to farmers.

Occupational safety and control of health hazards also remains one of our prime concerns. The health and safety of our staff & workers is of great importance to us for which a sizeable amount goes into implementing on the safety procedures. Also, periodic training is given to the staff and workers to make them aware of the safety parameters.
